The App

Hardcore Focus is a focus and productivity app designed to help you accomplish one meaningful task per day through focused work sessions. The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

Purchases and Payments

All purchases are made through the iOS App Store. We do not process payments directly. All billing, refunds, subscription management, and payment disputes are handled by Apple through the App Store.

By making a purchase, you agree to Apple's Terms of Service and payment policies. For any billing issues, contact Apple Support directly.

User Conduct

You agree to use Hardcore Focus only for its intended purpose: focusing on meaningful work. You will not:

• Attempt to reverse engineer or modify the app
• Use the app for any illegal activities
• Share or distribute the app outside of Apple's App Store
• Attempt to circumvent any app features or limitations

Intellectual Property

Hardcore Focus, including its design, features, and content, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app without permission.

Limitation of Liability

Hardcore Focus is provided as a tool to help with focus and productivity. We are not responsible for any consequences of your use or misuse of the app. Use it responsibly.

Privacy

We collect zero data. See our Privacy Policy for complete details on how we protect your privacy.

Termination

You can stop using Hardcore Focus at any time by deleting the app from your device. These terms will remain in effect regarding your past use of the app.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll update this page and the effective date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
